Returns Made Simple

We want you to shop with confidence. This policy explains when returns are accepted, how refunds work, and what to do if you receive a damaged or incorrect item.

Return Window
  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery (unless stated otherwise).
  • Items must be unused, in the same condition, and in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene/safety and product integrity, we may not accept returns for:

  • Opened/used personal care or cosmetic products.
  • Items marked as final sale, clearance, or special promotions (if clearly stated).
  • Special orders requested specifically for you (unless defective or incorrect).
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
  • We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on availability and case review.
How to Request a Return
  1. Contact us via Contact Us with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for return approval and instructions (returns sent without approval may be rejected).
  3. Pack the item securely and send it as instructed.
Return Shipping Costs
  • If the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item), we may cover return shipping where applicable.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind, return shipping costs are generally paid by the customer.
Refunds
  • Once received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method when possible.
  • Processing time depends on your payment provider/bank and may take several business days.
Exchanges

Exchanges may be available for size/color variations depending on stock. If not available, a refund or store credit may be offered.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately. If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
